In order to maintain consistency in the implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) has conducted an Audit according to the type of activity 2st Surveillance, Scope Expansion and Witness Assessment) for Work Environment Testing Laboratory PT Oshindo Medika Pratama (Lablink). This audit was conducted for 2 days on December 11-12, 2025.
In this audit, PT Oshindo Medika Pratama (Lablink) submitted a request for an expansion of scope to include several workplace environmental testing parameters, as follows:
- Physical Factors: Lighting (Local and General), Personal Noise Intensity, UV Radiation and Electromagnetic Field
- Chemical Factors: Total Dust and Indoor Air Quality (Particulate Dust, TVOC, HCHO, CO₂, CO, NO₂, SO₂, Temperature and Humidity)
- Biological Factors: Total Bacteria and Fungi
The assessor team in this audit consisted of Mr. Toto Wiradisastra as a chief assessor and Mrs. Anjar Oktikawati as a member assessor. The purpose of the audit (2st Surveillance, Scope Expansion and Witness Assessment) is to review the implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in Testing Laboratory PT Oshindo Medika Pratama (Lablink). The scope that was audited by the assessor team was the fulfillment of the requirements in the ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 clause, including quality, management and technical requirements.
The audit was ended with the presentation of the findings that required corrective action. Based on the audit result, Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN) concluded that Work Environment Testing Laboratory PT Oshindo Medika Pratama (Lablink) was still consistent in implementing ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Through this audit, Work Environment Testing Laboratory PT Oshindo Medika Pratama (Lablink) is committed to consistently implementing ISO/IEC 17025:2017 both in the quality and technical requirements.
