Industrial Hygiene Measurement

According to the Regulation of The Minister of Manpower Number 5 Year 2018, company should conduct Work Environment Measurement at least once in a year, consists of:

• Physical Factor: Lighting, Noise, Hand & Arm Vibration, Whole Body Vibration, Ultraviolet(UV) Radiation, Heat Stress and Electromagnetic Field.
• Chemical Factor: Indoor Air Quality, Welding Fume (Zn, Mn, Cr, Cd), Formaldehide, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Respirable Dust (PM 2.5), Inhalable Dust (PM 10), Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC), BTX (Benzene, Toluene, Xylene), Lead (Pb), Silica Particulate, Methyl Ethyl Ketone etc.
• Biological Factor: Total Bacteria and Total Fungi.
• Ergonomics Factor: Work Posture, Load, Work Fatigue etc.
• Psychology Factor : Work Stress.
• Hygiene and Sanitation : Building, Yard, Cubic Space, Housekeeping etc.
