Lablink Provides Work Stress Screening and Industrial Hygiene Education

Lablink provided a free work stress diagnosis survey for visitors and workers representing various companies. This activity was conducted with reference to Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 5 of 2018 concerning Occupational Safety and Health in the Workplace Environment, while also serving as a platform to increase awareness of mental health in the workplace.

In addition to the work stress survey, Lablink provided educational information, particularly for OHS practitioners and company representatives, on industrial hygiene and workplace environmental testing. The education covered the identification and evaluation of potential workplace hazards, including physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychological factors, hygiene and sanitation practices at workplace.

Through these educational activities, OHS practitioners were encouraged to strengthen their understanding of the importance of identifying, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling workplace hazards as an integral part of establishing a safe, healthy, and productive working environment.
